Hadith 303 - Bab 39 (Rights of Neighbors)
Chapter 1 (The Book of Miscellany)
Ibn 'Umar and 'Aishah (May Allah be pleased with them) reported: Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him) said, "Jibril kept recommending treating neighbours with kindness until I thought he would assign a share of inheritance".

Selon Ibn"Omar (das) et "Âisha (das), le Messager de Dieu (bsdl) a dit: «L"Ange Gabriel n"a pas cessé de me recommander le voisin à tel point que j"ai cru qu"il allait lui donner droit à l"héritage». (ura)
وفي رواية لَهُ عن أَبي ذر قَالَ: إنّ خليلي صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم أَوْصَانِي: "إِذا طبخْتَ مَرَقاً فَأَكْثِرْ مَاءَهُ ثُمَّ انْظُرْ أَهْلَ بَيْتٍ مِنْ جِيرانِكَ، فَأَصِبْهُمْ مِنْهَا بِمعْرُوفٍ".

Abu Dharr (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him) commanded me thus, "O Abu Dharr! Whenever you prepare a broth, put plenty of water in it, and and give some of it to your neighbours".
[Muslim].
In another narration of Muslim, narrated Abu Dharr (May Allah be pleased with him): My friend, (Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him)) advised me saying, "Whenever you prepare a broth, put plenty of water in it, and give some to your neighbours and then give them out of this with courtesy."
Selon Abou Dharr (das), le Messager de Dieu (bsdl) a dit: «O Abou Dharr! Quand tu prépares un ragoût augmente son eau et donnes-en à tes voisins!» (Rapporté par Moslem)
وفي رواية لمسلمٍ:"لا يَدْخُلُ الجنَّة مَنْ لاَ يأْمنُ جارُهُ بوَائِقهُ ".
"الْبَوائِقُ"الْغَوَائِل وَالشُّرُّورُ.

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (Peace be upon him) said, "By Allah, he is not a believer! By Allah, he is not a believer! By Allah, he is not a believer." It was asked, "Who is that, O Messenger of Allah?" He said, "One whose neighbour does not feel safe from his evil".
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
Another narration of Muslim is: Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him) said, "He will not enter Jannah whose neighbour is not secure from his wrongful conduct".
Selon Abou Hourayra (das), le Prophète (bsdl) a dit: «Par Dieu, n"est pas croyant, par Dieu, n"est pas croyant, par Dieu, n"est pas croyant!» On dit: «Qui donc? O Messager de Dieu! «Il dit: «Celui dont le voisin n"est pas à l"abri de son mal». (ura)

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him) said, "O Muslim women! No one of you should consider insignificant (a gift) to give to her neighbour even if it is (a gift of) the trotters of a sheep".
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
Toujours selon lui, le Messager de Dieu (bsdl) a dit: «O Musulmanes! Que l"une de vous ne méprise pas le cadeau que lui fait sa voisine même ci ce n"est que le sabot d"un agneau».
رُوى"خَشَبهُ"بالإِضَافَةِ والجمْعِ، ورُوِي"خَشبَةً"بالتَّنْوِينَ عَلَى الإِفْرَادِ. وقوله: مالي أَرَاكُمْ عنْهَا مُعْرِضِينَ: يَعْني عنْ هذِهِ السُّنَّةِ.

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him) said, "No one should prohibit his neighbour from placing a peg in his wall". Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) added: Now I see you turning away from this (Sunnah), but by Allah, I shall go on proclaiming it.
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
Selon lui encore, le Messager de Dieu (bsdl) a dit; «Que l"un de vous ne refuse pas à son voisin la permission de planter une poutre dans son mur». Puis Abou Hourayra poursuit: «Qu"ai-je donc à vous voir tourner le dos à cette recommandation? Par Dieu! Je ne cesserai pas de vous réprimander à son sujet».

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him) said, "He who believes in Allah and the Last Day let him not harm his neighbour; and he who believes in Allah and the Last Day let him show hospitality to his guest; and he who believes in Allah and the Last Day let him speak good or remain silent".
[Al- Bukhari and Muslim].
Selon Abou Hourayra (das), le Messager de Dieu (bsdl) a dit: «Celui qui croit en Dieu et au jour dernier, qu"il ne fasse pas de tort à son voisin! Celui qui croit en Dieu et au jour dernier, qu"il dise une bonne chose ou qu"il se taise!»(ura)

Abu Shuraih Al-Khuza'i (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (Peace be upon him) said, "He who believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him be kind to his neighbour; and he who believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him show hospitality to his guest; and he who believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him either speak good or remain silent".
[Muslim].
Selon Abou Shouryh Al Khouzà"i (das), le Messager de Dieu (bsdl) a dit: «Celui qui croit en Dieu et au jour dernier, qu"il fasse du bien à son voisin! Celui qui croit en Dieu et au jour dernier, qu"il reçoive généreusement son hôte! Celui qui croit en Dieu et au jour dernier, qu"il dise une bonne chose ou qu"il se taise!» (Rapporté par Moslem et Al Boukhâri)

'Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her) reported: I said, "O Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him), I have two neighbours, to which of them should I send a present?" He (Peace be upon him) replied, "To the one whose door is nearer to you".
[Al-Bukhari]
"Âisha (das) rapporte: «J"ai dit: «O Messager de Dieu! J"ai deux voisins. A qui des deux dois-je faire mon cadeau ?» Il dit: «A celui dont la porte est la plus proche de la tienne». (Rapporté par Al Boukhâri)
311وعن عبدِ اللَّه بن عمر رضي اللَّه عنهما قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُول اللَّه صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم: "خَيْرُ الأَصحاب عِنْدَ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى خَيْرُهُمْ لصاحِبِهِ، وخَيْرُ الجِيرَانِ عِنْدَ اللَّه تَعَالَى خيْرُهُمْ لجارِهِ "رواه الترمذي وقال: حديث حسن.

'Abdullah bin 'Umar (May Allah be pleased with them) reported: Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him) said, "The best of companions with Allah is the one who is best to his companions, and the best of neighbours to Allah is the one who is the best of them to his neighbour".

Selon "Abdullàh Ibn "Omar (das), le Messager de Dieu (bsdl) a dit: «Le meilleur compagnon pour Dieu est celui qui est le plus gentil avec ses compagnons et le meilleur voisin pour Dieu est celui qui est le plus gentil avec ses voisins». (Rapporté par Attirmidhi)
